Skattum Vekst AS, an investment company under Skattum Holding has acquired 51% of the shares in Opplandske Betong Gruppen. The remaining 49% will remain with the management and employees of Opplandske Betong Gruppen.

Opplandske Betong Gruppen is a contractor of pre-fabricated casting frame systems in concrete, steel and wood for construction project in Eastern Norway. The group consist of 3 operating companies as well as a property company and has 80 employees.

The transaction is a combination of a share purchase and a share issue
