Synergos advised Hansa Borg Bryggerier, the largest Norwegian owned brewer, on its second acquisition in Norway within the craft beer industry. Austmann, having grown rapidly to become the 6th largest craft beer producer in Norway, needed a partner to continue the growth trajectory and invest in a new brewery, to be ready in 2017. Synergos having sector expertise and transaction experience from the brewery industry facilitated the discussion between the buyers and sellers and coordinated the process.
