Norgesgruppen acquires Bakers from Orkla Brands. Bakers had in 2010 revenues of NOK 1,2 billion and 770 employees. Synergos together with Infima AS completed a strategic review of the bakery market and Bakers. Following the acquisition, Norgesgruppen strengthens its offering within bread, cakes and baked goods.
