Hans Henrik has over +10 years of IT/Business Services M&A transactions experience from Bryan Garnier & Co and Beringer Finance.

Before entering Corporate Finance, Hans Henrik held 15 years of industrial experience from management positions at IT/TMT companies like Telenor, Amdocs, and Hewlett-Packard.

Hans Henrik holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Corporate Finance module from BI Business School and Bachelor in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Bristol.
