Norrbottens Bergteknik AB acquires the shares in Vestfold Fjellboring AS and Norsk Fjellsprengning AS. The new corporation will be the leading independent player in the Nordic rock drilling & blasting industry.

Vestfold Fjellboring AS and Norsk Fjellsprengning AS are leading players in the Norwegian market with budgeted revenues of 130 MNOK and an EBITDA of 22 MNOK.

The new corporation will have a budgeted revenue of 325 MSEK and will be the leading player in the Nordics. “Through the acquisition, we will build the base for a further expansion in Norway and Sweden” said the CEO of Norrbottens Bergteknik, Andreas Christofferson.

Synergos acted as financial and strategic advisor to the shareholders of Vestfold Fjellboring AS and Norsk Fjellsprengning AS.
