ROI was founded in 2017 with the ambition of becoming the obvious partner for lead generation in the Nordic region. After strategic acquisitions of Raketech and the Danish company Firstborn Capital, ROI has now completed its first acquisition in the Norwegian market. The company is accelerating its growth by acquiring the digital marketing company Effective Marketing, which adds an additional 15 million NOK in annual revenue with over 4 million NOK in EBITDA for ROI.
