This is Visma’s fourth software acquisition in France and sixth in Europe since 2022, where Translink has been acting as its exclusive M&A advisor. The investment further solidifies Visma’s position as an ambitious market challenger in the French accounting and professional services sectors.

Evoliz was founded in 2010, and the company focuses on providing user-friendly solutions to streamline business financial management. The company brings proven expertise and essential functionalities to French SMEs. Evoliz offers features such as invoice creation, expense tracking, and real-time financial reporting and has over the years expanded its offerings to include integrations with various third-party applications, enhancing its platform’s versatility.
