With 38 transactions below USD 50 million after the first three quarters of 2021, Translink Corporate Finance is now ranked 2nd place by the number of transactions in the Nordic small-cap segment. In the mid-cap segment (up to USD 500 million), Translink ends up in 3rd place. The ranking is done by Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters).

The result confirms Translink’s position as a leading M&A advisor in the Nordics. In 2021, there have been particularly many transactions within IT, SaaS and eCommerce.
