Synergos and Translink Corporate Finance France were advisors to Visma, one of Europe’s leading software companies, in their acquisition of MyCompanyFiles. Founded in Versailles, France in 2011, MyCompanyFiles offers a platform that provides a secure solution for document and data exchange, specifically aimed at accounting firms. It functions as an extranet or a collaborative portal that enables secure file transfer in compliance with GDPR. The platform integrates easily with various business tools, thus enhancing productivity by facilitating automatic sending and receiving of files.

This is Visma’s third strategic acquisition in France in 2024, and the third acquisition since 2022 where Translink served as advisors. Through the acquisition, Visma further strengthens its position as an ambitious market challenger in the French market.
