Nora Håberg

Nora has 20 years’ experience working with strategy definition, implementation, IT and digitalization, M&A and business development. Her career has given her significant international exposure working in global companies (McKinsey, Alpharma, Xellia, Wallenius Wilhelmsen) and living abroad for several periods both in Europe and US.

Nora holds a Master of Science/ Engineering degree from INSA Toulouse in France.  She also has an Executive MBA from London Business School with distinction.

Tom R. Kjeldsberg

Tom has 20 years of investment banking and M&A experience, primarily within the energy, maritime and oil-services sectors. He has worked as an independent financial advisor during the past five years. In addition, he has corporate finance and business development experience from NRP Finans, Fearnley Securities, DHT Holdings, DNB Markets and Merrill Lynch. Tom holds a BSc in Business Administration from Northeastern University and an MBA from IESE Business School.
